Foster Successful Community Associations in the North Gulf Coast by promoting and supporting professional management, education and services
CAI Mission
Community Associations Institute (CAI) works to foster responsive, competent, harmonious community associations by promoting the value of effective leadership, responsible citizenship and a strong sense of community.
We fulfill that mission by: 1) Advancing excellence through education and credentialing program 2) Advocating community associations interests before legislatures, regulatory bodies and courts 3) Conducting research, collecting data and serving as a clearinghouse or information on community associations 4) Establishing standards, identifying best practices and serving as the premier resource of community associations - and sharing this information with members, the media and other stakeholders
